Investment and Portfolio Management
We can assist in strategy design, purchase / sale, financing, due diligence processes and analyzes.
We review and analyze the properties and prepare strategy and action plan in cooperation with customer.
We undertake rental and re-negotiation, customizations and maintenance projects, as well as any development projects. We can also assist with consultancy within single issues.
Through our management, we take responsibility for the property, including accounting and reporting, invoicing, tenant follow-up, contract management, service charge, ongoing maintenance planning, energy and environmental optimization and project implementation.
We organize, arrange and monitor the daily operation of the property. This is done through well known subcontractors with proven high delivery quality over time.
Experience from management for among others

CEO / Partner
Asle has been working with property for the last16 years in various management roles, including leader of Asset Management teams and CFO Oslo Area ASA. Asle has long experience working with Norwegian and foreign investors and structures, investor relations, transactions, financing, development, rental and renegotiations.
Bendik Strand Skaslien
Marked / Partner
Bendik is educated lawyer and has extensive experience from major players in the real estate industry. He has had portfolio responsibility, led interdisciplinary teams, and especially worked with rental / contract negotiations and major projects in this regard. Furthermore, he has extensive experience in managing and developing property portfolios. He has also worked with transaction and due diligence processes, strategy and legal issues.
Operation and project manager / Partner
Eivind has extensive experience in project management, environmental and energy optimization, operational follow-up and customer care. He also has several years of experience as advisory engineer VVS. Eivind has been responsible for major redevelopment processes and several complex large tenant adaptions. Eivind also assists technically in Due diligence processes.
