Asset Management
Asset management is the core of our delivery. We review and analyze the property and prepare strategy and action plan in cooperation with the owner.
We rent out and renegotiate leases, take responsibility for tenant adjustments and maintenance projects, as well as any development projects. We can also give advice related to spesific issues.
Property Management
Through our management, we take responsibility for the property, including accounting and reporting, invoicing, tenant follow-up, contract management, service charge, ongoing maintenance planning, energy and environmental optimization and project implementation.
Facility Management
We organize, organize and monitor the daily operation of the property in cooperation with high quality subcontractors.

Amstrat was started by Asle Løvstad, Eivind Hovrud and Bendik Strand Skaslien, who worked together in one major management company. We provide property owners with a first-class supply of proactive real estate management and property-related assistance.

Team
Asle Løvstad
CEO / Partner
Asle is an economist, and has worked with real estate for more than 18 years in various leadership roles, including CFO Oslo Areal ASA and CFO Vital Property. He has broad experience with investor relations and has been central in several large property transactions. He can also assist with financing and insurance, and has solid experience from development, rental and renegotiation. Asle also has extensive experience from working with Norwegian and foreign funds, investors and property structures. In Amstrat he is the general manager, and for the customer he ensures the delivery through financial reporting, financial and financial advice, controller function and can also have the role of general manager in real estate company, as well as adviser to the board.
Eivind Hovrud
Operation and project manager / Partner
Eivind is engineer and has been in the real estate industry for more than 30 years. He has extensive experience with project management, environmental and energy optimization, operational follow-up and customer care and several years of experience as consulting engineer. Eivind has been responsible for several major refurbishment processes and tenant adjustments. Eivind also technically assists in due diligence processes. In Amstrat, Eivind keeps environmental and energy optimization on the properties under our management, keeps close dialogue with managers and other suppliers, and is the project manager for larger and smaller tenant adaptations and upgrades of technical infrastructure. Eivind has a large network of contacts and provides top quality suppliers and craftsmen who deliver as agreed.

Amstrat assisted with the purchase of the property, and is responsible for the total management, rental and development of the property.

Amstrat assisted with the purchase of the property from Citycon, and is responsible for management, liquidation of the shopping center and full design and reconstruction for public use.

The property is centrally located in the middle of Oslo with 4,800 sq.m. Amstrat is responsible for full management of the property, renting out vacant premises and upgrades / adjustments. Among other things, we have rented out and adapted the premises for the nightclub Storgata 26

The property is located on Hinna in Stavanger and is 66,000 sqm including parking. The property was built in 2012 and tenants are Aker Solutions and Akastor. Amstrat has responsibility for general follow-up of tenants and the property.
Change management?
If you enter into a management agreement with Amstrat, we handle the process. We inform the tenants, take over and systematize all necessary information from the previous manager and get to know the property quickly. The tenants will only notice an improvement and you as a customer will receive the delivery you expect. All you have to do is call us or send an email.
